Here are the details for our 26.2 Blueprint TT Immersion Retreat 2025…

I’m super stoked to hold the next Blueprint TT in Costa Rica. It is in the mountains, a very special place in my heart. If Costa is beach to you, a beach trip can be organized for you should you want to take a day.

This 7-day-Immersion is a body, mind and heart investment. It is a rare privilege to share a week with those who have chosen to dig deep for 3 weeks in Teacher Training. In all retreats that I have led up until this one, I have always said everything is optional. While this is still true, here is something to note. If you come to Costa Rica with us next fall, you bring your "Yes" to enter and become part of this growing community of Blueprint badasses who love yoga, love to practice, love to sharpen and soften their awareness, love people, and love to laugh. As an accepted member of this retreat, you are invited into the sacred training environments of daily meditation, 2 practices a day, *Blueprint Bridge series, and posture lectures + clinics. The off-limits TT space are Group Teaching Mentorship sessions and as specified. If this all feels good to you, please send in your application using the link below.

Total Cost

(scale dependent on accommodation):

  • Tent (glamping! 6 sided eco-chic bungalow, built spacious + same beds like other rooms, electricity, clean shared baths surrounded by gardens outside of tent):

    • Double: $3650

    • Single: $3900

  • A Suites (smaller cottage suites, high ceilings, balcony, coffee plantation views, 1 private bath)

    • Double: $3800

    • Single: $4250

  • V Suites (250 sq ft, balcony, beautiful scenic views,1 private bath)

    • Double: $3900

    • Single: $4350

  • K Suites (mountainside, balcony or private patio, views of Central Valley)

    • Double: $4000

    • Single: $4500

  • T Suites (open/ tiered floor plan, private balcony or patio, tropical scenic view)

    • Double: $4100

    • Single: $4650

  • Special Suites (choice of: Z. 360 balcony + private glass shower, P. sliding windows, private balcony, views of San Jose Valley, or L. high ceilings, private balcony + 2 hammocks, tropical scenery)

    • Double: $4200

    • Single: $4800

Upon acceptance, a non-refundable deposit of $1000 is due to reserve your space.

Included in Total Cost:

Airport transfer to and from + Accommodations + 3 meals per day + use of all property, Saltwater pool, hot tub + All TT Yoga Practice, Meditation, Applicable Lectures/Clinics.

NOT Included in Total Cost:

Flights to and from + spa and therapy on property + excursions + transport off site during off training times.

All payments are non-refundable, and aside from what is due to the property, may be partially credited for a Blueprint experience.
